Billing Address
- The billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to an address different from the one we bill.
Returns & Subscription Cancellations
- A 100% money-back guarantee covers the price of the product only. It does not cover shipping and handling fees because the customer decided to try a product and accepted the shipping cost.
- Customers must contact our support department for an RMA (Return Authorization Number). This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted.
- Once a return is received or a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be returned to the original credit card or mailed to the billing name and address in a check form. International orders will be refunded to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the account.
- You have sixty (60) days from the original purchase date to return the product and receive your refund. Any return received after the sixty-day time limit will not be processed.
- All live events are non-refundable.
- FOR ART MARKETING NEWS SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY:
Monthly Subscriptions: You have thirty (30) days from the original purchase date to request a refund for your Art Marketing News monthly subscription. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel anytime after the initial thirty (30) days have passed.
Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases, you have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Art Marketing News yearly subscription. Any refunds requests after 30 days will be prorated by the amount of time remaining under the original yearly subscription period. Example: If you purchase a yearly subscription in January of this year and you decide you want a refund 6 months from the purchase date, your prorated refund would be 50% of the purchase price.
- Excessive returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be given to customers for one specific product more than twice. A customer can place an unlimited number of orders for a particular product. Still, the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
- We strongly recommend sending it by certified mail with a tracking number to ensure your product is not lost or damaged. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned, we cannot issue a refund.
- Valid proof of returning a product includes delivery confirmation or the signature required via USPS. If the customer has the delivery confirmation or signature required, a full refund will be issued.
- Due to lost, missing, or slow mail, we will honor any postmarked package for up to one year after the purchase of the product.
Terms of Subscription Renewal
Monthly Art Marketing News and Art Marketing Toolkit Project Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section of the Terms of Service page.
Yearly Art Marketing News Subscribers will be notified via email before renewal, with the option to renew at the original yearly price. If the subscriber does NOT notify the company that they wish to continue at the yearly price, the subscriber’s account will revert to the monthly price automatically.
Personal Checks
- All checks are held for 10 business days. Orders placed with a check will be held for 10 business days. Once 10 business days is complete, the order will be released and shipped.
- All returned checks will be charged a $25 USD return check fee.
- Counter-checks will not be accepted.
- Checks and money orders must be sent in US funds.
Consulting & Coaching Services
All coaching and consulting services are pre-paid. Once the actual session is complete, no refunds are allowed. If a client prepays for multiple hours and does not use them or cancels the service, they can request a refund for the unused prepaid sessions. Sessions must be used with six months of the payment. After six months, refunds are no longer available. Contact support to rebook any unused prepaid sessions older than six months.
